What labs and symptoms suggest right now: homocysteine, MMA, SAMe/SAH, B12 forms, folate status, oxidative stress, mood and energy.

Genetics ≠ epigenetics ≠ clinical status. A patient with 'bad MTHFR' may have excellent clinical methylation — and vice versa.
